Agile Leadership Trainer – Fintech

This role will involve the Leadership Development Specialist to be a key contributor to each program deployed. S/He will coordinate rigid programs and initiatives through an organized and agile approach to project and task management. S/He will become a program owner for a specific course or courses, and will see the programs through from inception to execution, measurement, and sustainability.

8 + years of experience, with minimum 5 years into Content Development.

About you

  • MBA / PGDM Diploma/Degree. Any reliable training certifications is an added advantage
  • Should have experience imparting training on soft skills, leadership and behavioral training
  • Experience with working on an LMS
  • Ability to work through ambiguous situations
  • Demonstrated ability to create project plans
  • Should be able to thrive in a startup culture
  • Task oriented and excellent team player
  • Willing to travel anywhere in the country (should the need arise)
  • Professional presence to credibly and confidently work with participants across levels, maturity, age, and locations
  • Learning experience in planning of programs


  • Perform needs assessments and make recommendations on organizational development strategies and initiatives
  • Design/develop, facilitate, and coordinate leadership development experiences
  • Utilize design thinking concepts and agile methodology when designing new or updated leadership development experiences
  • Experience in instructional design processes to ensure cost-effective creation, implementation, and continual improvement of leadership programs
  • Work with all levels of management to determine core competencies required for key positions in the organization and identify interventions to support the acquisition and maintenance of those competencies
  • Partners with managers and subject matter experts in developing organizational development opportunities that support strategic initiatives
  • Determine appropriate OD intervention methods (i.e. leadership coaching, teambuilding, assessments, etc.) based on the needs of the organizational unit
  • Establish metrics for evaluating the performance of participants involved in leadership programs (typically involving the reviewing of operational metrics)
  • Leadership development specialists need to be able to access reports, interpret meaning, and propose solutions that enable changes to the behavior of employees
  • Measure the NPS score, amongst other measurements
  • Establish and maintain relationships with exceptional external subject matter experts and/or organizations that can provide expertise or training to the company
  • Curate content and set up experiences in modern digital course tools
  • Take ownership over all tasks and projects related to building leadership capability within the organization
  • Coach managers, executives, and teams
