About you

You will Head Our Customer Support Team:

  • You will Lead / Build / Retain and grow the team (Top Talent) in India. (Manage a diverse team of approximately 15 ranging in skillset and grow the team as the company scales.)
  • Develop strong relationships with Customer Success, Engineering and Product teams.


  • Take ownership of customer happiness by contractual SLA objectives.
  • Provide an environment that encourages continuous improvement and mentorship.
  • Manage a 24/7 team across multiple geographies.
  • Maintain solid customer relationships by handling their questions and concerns with speed and professionalism efficiently
  • You have good exerience in AWS / GCP / Cloud based services.
