The Person:

The Director Sales and Business Development, must be an intelligent, highly energetic self-starter and sales hunter with excellent communication skills and natural leadership.

Qualification

Knowledge and skill requirements:

  • Experience of having worked in captives/GIC in India.
  • Strong experience in selling & delivering IT services/system integration/application outsourcing/application development/products across technologies.

Responsibilities

  • Driving sales at Global In-house captives in India.
  • Driving profitable revenue generation at existing Global In-house captive clients.
  • Identifying & targeting new Captives which have high potential for growth.
  • Effectively Partnering with internal organizations (Delivery, Global Client Teams)Leading commercial proposals for Target clients.

Professional Development Skills: 

  • Should have an excellent, established track record for selling products
  • Experience working with C level executive clients/ Customer facing capabilities
