The work environment consists of a small team of motivated, bright, and hardworking individuals. Our current technical team comprises, exclusively, PhDs/Masters from top U.S. research universities (Harvard, MIT, Carnegie-Mellon, Cornell, and Purdue) as well as toppers in Computer Science from IIT / NIT.

The team collectively has published more than 100 papers in international journals and conference and also been granted over 20 patents.

The Engagement Manager will work directly with the founder and other senior leaders of the company. S/he will fuel the growth of the company by working with three key stakeholders: clients, an engineering team, and our senior leadership to deliver proprietary systems that have high client impact.

About you

Approximately 2-4 years with an attitude to learn almost anything.


  • Managing the development lifecycle of systems from planning to deployment to post-launch iterations.
  • Scoping and prioritizing activities based on business impact.
  • Coordinating activities across teams such as business development and engineering for timely releases .
  • Owning client relationships and managing client expectations .
  • Identifying new processes for automation to be shared with business development managers.
  • Project managing timelines, deadlines, feature sets, and releases .
  • Managing client escalations to ensure timely resolution.
