Head of Ad Operations – APAC

We are turning our advertising to a new horizon and disrupt the space by adopting new practices and making our customers happy as we believe “Customer is God”. You will be leader of our legacy and will help us in scaling our remote account management and marketing program in India. This is a very high impact leadership role and you will be the front runner.

As we are distributed geographically, you will lead us in advertising initiatives, building and mentoring the team.

Experience

10 + Years of Experience managaing Ad Opearations.

Qualification

About you:

  • Holds MBA from top tier B-schools( with specialization as marketing, advertising)
  • Creative, highly detail-oriented and owns up all programs and deliverables.
  • In-depth understanding of advertising ecosystems, account management, operations.
  • Handling large advertising and marketing accounts and campaigns in APAC, US (internet domain preferred).
  • Self-starter, culture influencer and capable of setting goals and reporting progress against them.
  • Work experience in diverse markets (US/EU etc.) will be an added advantage.
  • Experience in pay-per-click advertising, Google Adwords or Microsoft Bing.
  • Comfortable in an ambiguous environment of explosive growth, problem solver and ability to both think at a high and detailed level multi-tasking, fast-paced business.

Responsibilities

As a Leader, you will:

  • Create roadmaps for advertising and marketing initiatives, train the team and make it happen.
  • Manage end-to-end campaigns, liaising with key stakeholders.
  • Analyze campaign performance against key metrics to identify, recommend, and implement optimizations to increase efficiency and drive high retention rates of advertisers.
  • Actively optimize and manage client campaigns including execution and optimization log tracking, using this knowledge as a basis for future campaigns
  • Partner with Sales and Account Management to work with advertisers and agencies to develop best in class solutions to improve client campaign performance and drive insights.
  • Communicate and define solutions with internal teams (Product, Engineering, and Analytics) for business problems and get it done.
  • Hire right talent required and mentor them for success.
