Job Location

5-7 Years of Experience as a Product Designer

About you

  • A good listener and communicator
  • A seasoned design thinker with 5 – 7 years of experience as a product designer
  • Has shipped world-class products with world-class teams
  • Design background from top schools like NID, Shrishti and the IITs.
  • Experience designing on multiple platforms (iOS, Android, Mobile web, Desktop, etc)
  • Highly skilled with design tools (Figma, Sketch, etc.) and prototyping tools (Framer, Principle, etc.)
  • Who is agile, is a maker at heart, and can get into the weeds of implementation if necessary.
  • Someone who will thrive in a fully remote, low-ego, highly collaborative, cross-functional team.

 

Responsibilities

  • Be an individual contributor, while championing the product and design vision
  • Work closely with the product team to define the problems and challenges, being the voice of our hosts and attendees.
  • Explore divergent concepts, bringing them together into a delightful user experience, while solving the problem at hand.
  • Execute design work using high quality wireframes, mockups, user journeys, and prototypes
  • Be a keeper of the core interaction model and design system, making sure the product stays coherent while moving fast.
  • Plan strategically and think tactically as your partner with engineering to ship your designs, making sure the design quality that is delivered is impeccable
  • Keep your finger on the pulse of the product, and keep iterating.
  • Work closely with the Head of Design to foster and lead collaboration on the design team.
