Techno-Functional Lead within a team of Business Systems Analysts, Application Administrators, Database Administrators and Software Developers. Candidate will possess strong communication skills needed to translate business requirements into technical design, implementation and deployment packages. Qualified candidates will be well versed in all phases of the SDLC and are adept at playing multiple roles. Candidates should be comfortable working independently as well as part of a team. You must be able to apply skills in project management, business analysis, requirements gathering, testing, change management, technical design, and training to implement business processes and applications. Strong problem solving skills is a must.
As a lead, you will be responsible for managing a team of developers. This includes time & resource allocations and managing the individuals career growth. This role is a dynamic and high-impact position designed to place you and the leads on your team in partnership with the business analysts, liaison with internal Corporate Systems team plus other business application and Engineering teams.
The role is in support of our invoicing processes, the scope of which encompasses a custom application and the Oracle E-Business Suite AR module; The custom application consumes and generates invoicing data that interfaces into Oracle E-Business Suite AR module. There is no UI for the custom application so the candidate would need strong SQL skills to analyze data and solve problems.
