QA Automation – Customer Support Engineer

Experience: 

7+ years of work experience on below mentioned skills

Skills: 

  • Expertise in Python, Shell and Windows batch scripting
  • Experience in Networking concepts and Routing Protocols such as OSPF, BGP. Strong analytical skills in trouble shooting networking issues
  • Experience with troubleshooting tools such as etherial, tcpdump, wireshark, windows viewer, windbg, nmap
  • Experience with Firewalls/IPS/IDS and security concepts, antivirus, VPN and troubleshooting these appliances
  • Exp in Windows and Linux Operating systems, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP
  • Exp interacting with customers
  • Experience in deploying various web applications on web application deployment software like Tomcat, JBoss App Server, Wildfly App Server, Weblogic App Server, IBM Websphere App Server, Microsoft .NET, Microsoft IIS
