Senior Marketing & Automation CRM Associate

Role includes hands-on ownership of marketing automation and oversight for CRM.

About you

  • Demonstrated experience with and Marketo platforms
  • Advanced knowledge of best practices and processes in B2B campaign management, marketing automation, demand generation, and rules-based nurturing
  • Proven track-record of executing demand generation programs in a B2B organization; experience with executing lead scoring and nurturing programs
  • Demonstrated proficiency with multi-channel demand generation campaigns
  • Experience with CRM data management functions, including list management, cleansing, de-duplication, data validation, segmentation and custom report creation
  • Exceptional English marketing writing skills; ability to write demand generation copy for North American &European audiences
  • Experience working with cross functional teams and high-level marketing and sales executives
  • Proficiency with MS Office products including Word, Excel, Power Point
  • Good understanding of web marketing and web technology (HTML)
  • Strong English verbal & written communication skills; experience working with teams in North America and Europe across time zones
  • Strong problem-solving skills; self-motivation and independence
  • Solid project management skills


  • Work with business teams to translate requirements into functional campaigns and set demand generation strategy
  • Design, run and report on campaigns
  • Provide customer/prospect segmentation and profile information
  • Create, coordinate and maintain overall campaign calendar
  • Lead the creation and management of standard metrics, dashboards, and closed loop reporting to track campaign activity, effectiveness, and profitability that inform recommendations for future campaigns
  • Create and maintain lead qualification, lead scoring and lead tracking processes and systems
  • Maintain awareness of trends and best practices in B2B marketing to drive future strategy
  • Own and power-use and Marketo
  • Maintain and improve CRM and marketing automation functionality to support sales, marketing and business processes
  • Coordinate integration of and Marketo with other internal systems with support from CRM Administrator and IT
  • Train users
  • Supervise CRM Administrator
  • Ensure legal compliance with data-privacy, CANSPAM and other international regulations
  • Define, implement and maintain best practices around data quality; determine role for 3rd party data sources and scrubbing products
