  • Must have experience in leading a development team of at least 10 people for 3+ years.
  • Strong experience in hands-on coding experience in Java as well as proven leadership ability.
  • Product development experience in fast-paced environments and performance driven culture.
  • Proven track record building, motivating and growing teams of star players.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally at all levels.
  • Demonstrated experience delivering innovative, customer-centric products.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit combined with strong program and product management skills.
  • Deeply technical with track record of successful delivery as individual contributor and leader.
  • Experience with building robust, scalable, distributed systems solutions to complex business problems.

Job Description

  • Primary point of contact for multiple enterprise products.
  • Successfully develop and execute work plans by managing scope, schedule, deliverables, and resource allocation.
  • Actively and efficiently collaborate with product manager and team on requirements, scope, and project deliverables.
  • Drive work breakdown and estimations with the team.
  • Define sprint plan in JIRA along with task estimates and enforce regular work log .
  • Drive best practices and coding standards.
  • Constantly looking for ways to increase the team’s velocity/productivity.
  • Build and maintain high team morale.
  • Mentor team members to take them to the next level.
