Software Research Engineers/ Architects – Blockchain Products

This position is for someone who is passionate about potential of blockchain technology to change the industry landscape and how business is done.

You love working on the metal and/or deep in low-level or scaled algorithmic code.  You are effective at quickly understanding and operating on algorithms taken from research in AI, Robotics, and Vision, or you have have experience with sensors, motors, and other devices.  You are comfortable working alongside experts in these areas, or are an expert yourself. You have a proven track record of delivering ideas into working prototypes at high velocity. You’ve architected some serious systems.

Qualification

  • 1+ years’ experience developing large scale, highly available distributed systems
  • Significant experience building distributed applications in go, rust or C++.
  • Understanding of distributed storage systems (IPFS); a deeply rooted believe in data self-sovereignty
  • Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, operating systems, and distributed systems fundamentals.
  • Strong understanding of databases, NoSQL systems, storage and distributed persistence technologies.
  • Plus, exposure to any of: web3, containerization.

Responsibilities

  • Strong troubleshooting and performance tuning skills.
  • Understanding of microservices architecture and Docker infrastructure
  • Understanding of security technologies: PKI, Crypto, identity management
  • Strong sense of ownership, passion to build quality products for massive scale in collaborative, agile environment and excitement to learn.
