The Leader is responsible for the strategic planning and execution that insures that the support team is performing at the highest levels of efficiency. This is a very hands-on leadership position. We are interested in candidates who lead by actions and examples, not by pure delegation. Given the size, and deeply technical nature of the organization and the company, a proven history of technical depth of understanding and hands on experience with Unix systems administration, complex distributed system troubleshooting and database technologies is a definite plus.
As a Senior Operations Manager and member of the leadership team, you will be directly responsible for the management of a team of Operations Managers, Team Leads and Cloud Support Engineers as well as the overall operational excellence of the support site, delivery to customers and acting as an escalation point for both internal and external customers.
