Experience

8 - 15 Years of Experience

Qualification

  • You are an influential leader who thrives in a collaborative and creative environment.You have 8+ years of prior experience building technical teams to deliver compelling experiences for consumers.
  • You’re an experienced engineer. You’ve contributed significantly to an evolving codebase and have the learnings to show from it.
  • You’ve been a people manager, a product manager, or a tech lead for a significant team or product.
  • You’re excited to own an engineering office end-to-end. You get energy from investing in others and helping technical leads develop and grow.
  • A leader who champions a culture of engineering excellence and has superior capabilities in building and managing a team of top-notch Computer Science Engineers.

Responsibilities

  • You will build a Star Tech Team from scratch in India.
  • Create a great engineering culture, leading and designing the engineering org. and representing engineering at the leadership level.
  • Define the engineering roadmap. Manage the engineering recruitment process
  • Manage the team, coaching them, checking their performance and observe accountability. This is a hands-on technical role.
  • Ensure product architecture and implementations are highly scalable, extensible with superior performance.
  • Ensure teams follow best practices regarding coding standards, code reviews, and testing (including unit, integration, and system test).

And Yes, You should be able to Code!
