✔ Proven results as a VP Sales or a similarly relevant role preferably in a SaaS product start up.
✔ Previous sales, marketing, and/or customer success leadership experience;
✔ Experience implementing RevOps strategies in a SaaS environment;
✔ Adept at transitioning seamlessly from a strategic level vision to day-to-day tactical operations;
✔ Working knowledge of data analysis and performance/operation metrics;
✔ A demonstrated execution mindset and a record of success holding people accountable;
✔ Drive scale, and profitability, by appropriately professionalizing the Company’s go-to-market strategy, sales
function and account management;
✔ Coach team to improve performance, shortening deal cycles and improving forecasting accuracy. Serve as
executive sponsor to drive higher close rates, increased average deal value, and account growth.
✔ Ensure product knowledge, and sales and success delivery philosophy/strategy are established and
understood by sales and customer success organizations through focused team development and training
✔ Identify team processes and skill deficiencies for ongoing training development to drive increased
performance and success of reps and customer success managers.
✔ Lead Business Development and Customer Success departments;
✔ Work with marketing leadership to create and execute winning marketing strategies to drive profitable
✔ Propel sales leadership to develop and implement revenue driving strategies, which create long-term
customer and business value;
✔ Inspire customer success leadership to define and deliver on the customer value proposition, while
✔ Maintain a customer-first focused organization;
✔ Develop and implement scalable processes, to enable land & expand processes that are metrics driven,
providing actionable and accurate information for building, managing and executing a balanced pipeline
that supports achievement of acquisition, expansion and renewal targets.
